Modus Vivendi recognise the importance of being only a phone call away once an installation has been completed, especially during the most critical and demanding periods; whether late at night for security and CCTV, 9 to 5 office hours for commercial installations, or evenings and weekends for audio, visual and lighting equipment in the domestic environment.

Our system facility is centred around a dedicated service team who are on call to discuss any problems you are encountering, many of which can be resolved over the phone, or if this fails to rectify the fault, then we can guarantee to respond to your needs at the earliest opportunity.

MV also provides a service for installations we didn’t take part in, but still need to be maintained.  Whether it is for Access Control, CCTV or Digital Aerial & Satellite systems, we are happy to get involved and make sure you or your clients are getting the best service possible.
