This includes wall mounting plasma screens, hiding cabling, designing and 1st fixing larger systems, providing specialist products where an ‘off the shelf’ item is not available, as well as advising on technical matters and providing an after care service.

Part of maintaining and managing properties involves the installation and servicing of Digital Aerial & Satellite systems, CCTV, Door Entry and Access control as a basic need for tenants in single and multi-dwellings. We are able to take on and maintain existing systems as well as design and install new ones.

At each point of the installation process, Modus Vivendi liaise with the Clients, Architects, Electrical Contractors, Interior Designers and Developers to make sure there are no questions left un-answered and communication flows freely between all parties to achieve the desired outcome.
