At Modus Vivendi, we have worked on numerous large and small projects in the commercial and leisure sector, including places of worship, council buildings, function rooms, private members clubs, restaurants, retail outlets, bars and showrooms.
One of our most prestigious commercial projects was carried out for e-on (now Uniper) at their flagship power station on the Isle of Grain, comprising of audio visual, control and presentation systems to multiple board rooms, training rooms and control rooms, including interactive touch screen displays and distribution of their internal television broadcast.
During the renovation of their new offices, CGF instructed their electrical contractor to appoint an audio visual specialist to design, supply and install audio visual and presentation systems to meet with their requirements. A Polycom video conferencing system was also provided to the main boardroom due to the clients international business operations, as well as distributed audio to enhance functions and events to be held at the premises.
During the fit out of a new Poggenpohl Porsche Design showroom in West Hampstead, Modus Vivendi were requested to supply and install an audio visual solution suitable for day to day use, enhancing their clients experience, as well as client demonstrations and adding a little ambiance to evening events and functions held at the showroom.
Due to the existing unimpressive audio visual system installed within the showroom, Modus Vivendi were appointed to upgrade and modernise the set-up to complement Poggenpohl’s kitchen ranges, as well as enhancing their clients shopping experience. Poggenpohl’s brief incorporated; zoned audio distribution with access to streamed and stored music services, high definition video distribution, in-built and wireless touch panels, integrated and automated lighting control, CCTV with remote access and an impressive approach to carrying out client presentations whilst touring each of the displays.
Yellow Tree Capital and Modus Vivendi regularly work on projects together, so when it came to YTC moving in to their new office, MV were appointed to assist with the multi-media requirements for presentations, as well as wired & wireless networking, and an appropriate telephone system to meet their day to day business requirements.
During the renovation of 3 rooms at a prestigious private members club in London, Modus Vivendi were appointed by Candy & Candy to provide a high-end audio solution for the reception, bar and club room. Artcoustic speakers were chosen due to their performance and clarity, along with processing and amplification to suit, housed in dedicated rack enclosures within the DJ booth.
