Birchlands

Modus Vivendi were appointed to complete the audio-visual, control & integration works at Birchlands in St George’s Hill by a main contractor they had previously worked with on a project in Belgravia, London.  Birchalnds was being built to go on sale once complete, and there was a requirement for a functioning home automation & integration system incorporating;

lighting & shade control, heating control, gate & door entry, intercom, CCTV, distributed audio & video, wired & wireless networking, as well as a dedicated home cinema.  The system was installed in such a way that allowed the purchaser to expand on what was already available, and tailor it to their exact requirements.
