As part of a development of 2 new build properties in Sevenoaks, Modus Vivendi were appointed to fit out one of the properties with a distributed audio system, home cinema room and basic video distribution system including the supply and installation of multiple Samsung SMART TV displays to

demonstrate the capabilities of the pre-wired cabling infra-structure.  A roaming Apple iPad mini was used as the main system control, ready for the new owner to expand the system and tailor it to their lifestyle.
