Drake Court

Drake Court was the second project Modus Vivendi worked on with Erinvale Group.  The brief was to heavily pre-wire the 2 properties allowing for the integration of all other services and flexibility to cater for the purchaser’s requirements once sold.  Both properties were purchased shortly after completion, with one of the

purchasers appointing Modus Vivendi directly to carry out a full Control4 home automation system, including comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage, high definition video distribution, audio distribution throughout, and 2 surround sound zones utilising B&W custom speakers with Rotel amplification and processing.
