Mackintosh House

Very early on in the project, Modus Vivendi were commissioned to design a full home automation & integration system for a contemporary new build.  The house was going to be built in a traditional manner, but due to the client’s attention to detail and exacting requirements, he nominated Baufritz to build the house for him. MV have worked in conjunction with the Baufritz

contractors to provide an integrated home with multiple third party systems, including; Lutron lighting & shade control, KNX, heating control integration, CCTV, intercom, a roof mounted weather station, and a multi-purpose home cinema, all integrated in to Control4 acting as the front end user interface for the home.
