As part of a small development scheme of 3 unique properties, the developer requested the services of Modus Vivendi to provide a comprehensive cabling infrastructure design, to ensure the properties would be capable of allowing for various ‘smart’ services and systems integration.

As well as the design, Modus Vivendi were also commissioned to provide Audio and Lighting Control to a single room, as well as voice control via an Amazon Echo, to provide purchasers with a starting point from which to expand upon.
