Modus Vivendi were referred to McCulloch Homes by their Architects, to assist with the pre-wire and fit out of 4 properties being built in Bromley on the site of an old public house. Due to the purchase prices required from the development, Modus Vivendi were tasked with developing a scheme that allowed for 2 of the properties to be partially operational, with the ability to demonstrate lighting control, high definition video distribution,
audio distribution, Wi-Fi coverage, CCTV with remote access, and in one of the properties, a fully functional home cinema room with retractable screen. Static Control4 in-wall touch panels were included, along with roaming Apple iPad minis to control the system once occupied, and providing a pathway for expansion and tailoring of the services
