As part of the renovation of a penthouse apartment, the client required a simple but effective audio-visual system to complement their needs. The client had recently completed building their new home in Portugal, and the apartment was to accommodate their stay when visiting friends and family in the UK. 

 Although Crestron was used as the home control system in Portugal, the apartment required a more basic approach, so Control4 was chosen to integrate and manage the services being allowed for.  A Lutron lighting system was also installed, along with a high end but discreet B&W surround sound system for the Living Room, and Kaleidescape media server as the main movie player and storage device.
