Modus Vivendi were approached to have an initial meeting with the client via their close friend who was a property developer. The client had already met with a handful of Audio Visual, Smart Home and Home Cinema companies, but were still undecided as to who to appoint. Following the first meeting, a number of different options were put forward to the client for consideration. Due to the phases in which the extension and renovation works were being carried out, a flexible approach was required, which we were of course able to offer.
 
Once Modus Vivendi were appointed, a full infra-structure was designed to cover the full potential requirements of the family, including all phases of works.
 
Due to the cinema room being located directly next to the bar and games room, the space needed to work on its own, as well as both spaces in conjunction with each other. Silent Gliss wave curtain tracks were used to separate the areas, and in turn integrated with the Control4 system for ease of use.
